In order to participate you must register (JOIN US section) and wait for your confirmation email [within 24 hrs] - you will pay a balance the day of the event.
Once you receive the email confirmation, you must arrive promptly a half hour before start time (see time info in 'VISIT' section) for registration and set-up.
Table space can be reserved by website only.
On occasion, tables are available for a rental fee - otherwise, vendors are responsible for their own.
Tables must be covered with fabric of some sort.
Please be sure to show up the day you reserve, if you need to cancel your reservation you must do so by THURSDAY the latest, otherwise you will be financially liable for your full reserved space.
No refunds.

RATES
$110.00 FLAT FEE TO PARTICIPATE - PER EVENT
[subject to change upon venue]
$65 non-refundable deposit due upon initial registration.
$45 remaining balance CASH PAYMENT ONLY due the day of the event.
We allow splitting of tables between artists;
however, this means splitting of ONE, SIX FOOT TABLE.
